Lindsay's Plumped-Up Lips Have Tongues Wagging

Everyone noticed Lindsay Lohan's form-fitting, short white dress she wore during her Wednesday court appearance, but did you see her plumped-up pucker?
Breaking Celebrity News consulted southern California plastic surgeon to the stars, Dr. Michael Niccole who gave us his take on Lindsay's 'bee-stung' lips.
"It appears she just had it done because she has that tight look," Niccole said of a photo taken during Lohan's arraignment on a charge of felony grand theft.
Niccole -- who is not Lohan's surgeon -- has had more than 20 years of experience working with some of Hollywoods sexiest stars. He told Breaking Celebrity News that he suspects Lindsay had something called Juvaderm injected into her lips.
"It's a filler, it takes only two minutes to do it, and with just ten minutes of ice or numbing, it's a painless procedure."
After reviewing our before and after shot of Lohan in court, he said: "There is a definite discrepancy in how she looked before and in her new courtroom photo.
