Brooke Mueller's restraining order hearing against estranged hubby Charlie Sheen was taken off the calendar Tuesday because both sides had reached an out of court settlement regarding custody of their twin sons.
However, Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively report that Judge Hank Goldberg won't sign the legal papers filed by Sheen and Mueller's respective lawyers formally declaring that the matter has been settled.

Judge Goldberg wants to view the agreement that Mueller and Sheen reached before finally signing off on the matter.
Mueller’s TRO against Sheen, barring him from contact with her and their two-year-old sons, Bob and Max, expired yesterday and Mueller has not requested a continuance, but the matter is yet to be officially closed.
