Francesca Hilton, Zsa Zsa Gabor's daughter, is extremely concerned about her step-father's stranger-than-fiction plan to have a surrogate carry a baby for the 94-year-old ailing actress!

As Breaking Celebrity News reported Thursday, Prince Frederick Von Anhalt, 67, said he approached former Baywatch hunk David Hasselhoff's ex-wife Pamela about carrying a baby conceived from his sperm and another woman's egg.

"This is exactly why Prince Von is a poor guardian of Zsa Zsa," Hilton said in prepared comments released through her attorney, Ronald Richards. "These statements sound like someone who is mentally ill instead of an adult. God help Zsa Zsa! Social services should investigate!"

Francesca Hilton, who was born of Zsa Zsa
