Halle Berry is keeping all eyes on her daughter Nahla as the custody battle between her and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry heats up, and Friday was no different.

The Oscar-winning actress picked up her beautiful three-year-old daughter from an early Independence Day celebration and Breaking Celebrity News has all the photos of the cute mother-daughter duo.

Halle and Gabriel have been this week in which Halle made claims that Gabriel broke the rules of their custody agreement - even going so far as to allege that he has been negligent in his care of Nahla.
