Halle Berry Gets Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

UPDATE: Franco has now been charged with one felony count of stalking. He will be arraigned in a Los Angeles
courtroom Wednesday.
Halle Berry has been issued a temporary restraining order -- or TRO -- against Richard Franco, the man who has trespassed on her property numerous times.
According to the TRO obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, Franco must stay at least 100 yards away from Berry, her home, her daughter, her vehicle and her workplace.
