The "white powdery substance" found on the man arrested outside the Jersey Shore party house in July has been identified as Ketamine. Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned.

Jonathan Manfre, 32, was arrested on July 24 at 3 a.m., and Deputy Chief Michael Mohel confirmed that the substance in question was Ketamine.

Ketamine is a medically prescribed drug that is legally used as a horse tranquilizer!  The illegal use of "Special K" can cause "dream-like states and hallucinations," according to www.drugfree.org.

"Manfre's case will the reviewed by this office and a decision will be made if it will be presented to the grand jury or sent to the municipal court for adjudication," Mohel told Breaking Celebrity News.

Manfre, nicknamed Jonny "The Unit," is a trainer and close friend of MTV cast member Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino.

He was released from jail on July 24 after posting a $1,000 bail at the Ocean County Jail.
