Mel Gibson and baby mama Oksana Grigorieva are both in a Los Angeles courthouse for a hearing about custody of their daughter, Breaking Celebrity News has confirmed.

Gibson and Grigorieva have been sharing custody of two-year-old Lucia, but have still been entangled in court hearings over visitation and custody guidelines.

The Braveheart star remains on informal probation for allegedly punching Grigorieva in the face over a year ago, and in June Judge Stephanie Sautner said he was complying with the terms of his probation stemming from the misdemeanor battery charge.
