Tragedy continues to plague the women of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise.

Frankie, the 13-year-old son of Alexia Echevarria, the blonde bombshell star of the Miami franchise, is in the ICU following a horrific car accident on Sunday and she has been by his side for days Breaking Celebrity News has learned.

The boy underwent surgery Thursday and his dire situation is described as “very bad” according to the Miami Herald.

Alexia Tweeted about his hospital stay late Thursday night. “Frankie's pelvic surgery went well today thanks to God and all your prayers. He is stable and getting stronger day by day.”

The cause of the accident is unknown, but it was raining on Sunday. Frankie was a passenger in a car and the name of the driver has not been released.

Alexia thanked people for their support and said “your prayers are helping Frankie and our family be strong! Much love.”
