Ali Lohan has raised eyebrows with her shocking new look, and it appears she may have had some cosmetic help -- to raise her eyebrows!

A top Hollywood plastic surgeon, who has not treated the 17-year-old sister of Lindsay, says that the teen looks like she has had botox injected into her face.

Dr. Gary Alter, from E!’s now defunct TV show Dr. 90210, looked at photos of Ali and believes she’s had work done to change her appearance as she launches her modeling career.

“It’s obvious to me that her eyebrows are higher than they were before,” Dr. Alter told Breaking Celebrity News. “There doesn’t appear to be much movement on her forehead, and she looks like she has had botox.

“Botox can actually raise eyebrows and get some of the wrinkles out.”

Ali was pictured in Beverly Hills on Tuesday looking shockingly skinny; her face also appeared to look different.

Dr. Alter added that on first inspection he thought Ali also had a nose job, but he says it was difficult to tell from the angle of the photograph.

Young people under 18-years-old are not usually able to have rhinoplasty unless they are suffering from a breathing problem or they get consent from their parents.

“It’s scary to see my daughter looking like this,” her father Michael Lohan exclusively told Breaking Celebrity News.

“Ali was always on the thin side, but seeing how much weight she’s lost there appears to be a drastic change that concerns me.”

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Ali has just signed a contract to model with the famous agency NEXT Model Management.
