Has Nip/Tuck actress AnnaLynne McCord gone under the knife in real life?

The 24-year-old was looking decidedly bustier as she filmed scenes for her hit show 90210 Wednesday in Los Angeles, and Breaking Celebrity News has the va va voom photos.

The usually flat chested actress showed off her bigger looking breasts in a daring open fronted red dress, and according to one plastic surgeon, it’s good surgery, not good genes, that’s to thank for her sexy new look.

“It's pretty apparent that she's had a breast augmentation, as her breasts appear firm, excessively round, and larger,” Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the star, tells Breaking Celebrity News.

“This is a very common appearance for a thin, younger woman who has breast implants.  I'd put her size at a small C. Kudos to her plastic surgeon (not me).  She looks great!”
