It's only been three months since she split from her last long term partner, but it looks like Sara Gilbert is already on the rebound, and Breaking Celebrity News has photos of her very public PDA.

The former Roseanne star was spotted walking hand-in-hand with rocker Linda Perry on Sunday as the cheerful couple picked up a healthy meal from Real Food Daily in West Hollywood, CA.

Gilbert, 36, had previously been in a serious relationship with television producer Alison Adler, who she dated for 10 years. The couple split in amicably August and share custody of their two children, son Levi, 6, and daughter, Sawyer, 4.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, the co-host and executive producer of The Talk first publicly admitted that she was a lesbian during a news conference in July 2010.
