Britney Spears recently leased a $25,000 a-month mansion in Thousand Oaks, California – and Breaking Celebrity News has photos from inside the palatial home.

The luxury 10,000 square foot pad boasts an infinity pool, private gym, a home theater, gourmet outdoor grill area and an actual pub complete with a billiards table!

The gated community is also home to golf champion Jack Nicklaus and tennis superstar Pete Sampras.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Britney’s longtime boyfriend, Jason Trawick, has been shopping for engagement rings for the popstar and sources tell Breaking Celebrity News that the couple is very close to getting engaged.
