A pregnant Hilary Duff was dressed for comfort as she loaded up with car with groceries after shopping at Bristol Farms in Los Angeles on Sunday, and Breaking Celebrity News has the pics.

The actress/singer, 24, is expecting her first baby with hubby, hockey star Mike Comrie, 31.

Duff confirmed the baby's sex on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show last October.

'I haven't told anyone yet. I wanted to tell you first. I just found out it's a boy!' she said. 'I had a feeling it was a boy the whole time.'
