The gorgeous 42-year-old singer spent some time on the beach practicing Capoeira - Brazilian martial arts - and Breaking Celebrity News has the photos of her killer form.
At Playa de los Ingleses in Montevideo, JLo kicked off her high heels, rolled up her jeans and showed off her spinning high kicks with the Capoeira master.
A huge crowd gathered as Jennifer showed that she's got moves that we never knew she had.
