How time flies!

It seems like only yesterday that Sandra Bullock announced to the world that she was adopting an adorable little boy from New Orleans.

But, fast forward to Thursday and the proud mom was spotted picking-up her “little Cajun cookie” from his first day at school, and Breaking Celebrity News has photos of the monumental occasion.

Sandra, 47, dressed casually in a long black sweater, skinny jeans and a striped beanie hat, held on tight to her little man’s hand, who looked cute as a button in a grey zip front hoodie and blue jeans.

Shortly after she went public with the news of the addition to her family, Bullock gushed to the Today Show’s Matt Lauer about little Louis Bardo.

"I got lucky," she said. "He's extraordinary."

She went on to share that she had faith that she'd be paired with the right child, felt her instincts were right on the money and said that motherhood changes everything.

"No one understands the shifting priorities of having a child in your life unless you have a child of your own," Bullock said. "Everything's different."
