Crystal Renn, who became a plus-sized model after battling anorexia as a teenage runway model, is definitely not fitting into size 12 dresses these days!

The brunette beauty looked incredibly thin and gaunt in the face at the New York premiere of W.E. on Monday night, showing off her bony body in a scarlet red Zac Posen gown – and Breaking Celebrity News has the shocking photos.

Wearing a fiery red, lowcut gown constructed out of unforgiving satin fabric, it was obvious that there wasn’t an ounce of fat on her tiny frame.

And Renn’s cheekbones appeared significantly more sunken in than just months ago, when she attended The Metropolitan Opera Fall Gala season opening of Anna Bolena.

Renn, who wrote a book about her struggles with an eating disorder called Hungry: A Young Model’s Story of Appetite, Ambition and the Ultimate Embrace of Curves, enjoyed several years of a career as a plus-sized model before revealing in November 2010 that she had dropped several dress sizes due to taking up hiking and yoga.
