A date was set Thursday for the murder trial of the man accused of killing Oscar and Grammy winner Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and nephew more than three years ago, Breaking Celebrity News has learned. 

William Balfour will appear in a Chicago courtroom April 23 to face counts of murder, aggravated kidnapping and home invasion in the October 24, 2008 deaths of Darnell Hudson Donerson, 57, Jason Hudson, 29, and Julian King, 7.
