Pompeo, 42, appeared incredibly puffy-faced when she was out in Los Angeles last week, with hamster cheeks that were a startling contrast to her formerly thin physique.

"Ellen Pompeo's cheeks look puffy," celebrity surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the star, told Breaking Celebrity News in an exclusive interview, but added that he thinks she opted for injectables over intrusive surgery.
