Taylor Armstrong will likely not press charges against the girl who made death threats to her and her young daughter Kennedy, as long as the troubled teen seeks professional mental health counseling, Breaking Celebrity News is exclusively reporting.

As we previously reported, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star received two separate death threats on Twitter from a New Jersey teen.

"This was taken very, very seriously. The death threats Taylor and her daughter received are from a teenage girl that lives in New Jersey. The teenager appears to suffer from mental health issues,” a law enforcement source tells Breaking Celebrity News. “Taylor is extremely grateful to the FBI for identifying the culprit.

“It was disturbing for Taylor to find out that the girl lives in New Jersey, because of the specific threat she got in regards to her book signing there on February 7."

The FBI was able to determine very quickly who was making the threats the source says, and after learning of the culprit’s identity, age and mental health problems Taylor is not considering further action -- as long as the girl seeks help.
