The emotional interview Bobbi Kristina Brown and Patricia and Guy Houston gave to Oprah Winfrey wasn’t just a tribute to Whitney Houston, but Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned that it was an attempt to cover up the late singer's drug use.

According to a source close to the family, the decision to appear on Oprah’s Next Chapter was less of a celebration and more of an elaborate scheme to hide what the family feared would ultimately be revealed about Whitney’s death.

“The family decided to talk with Oprah because they wanted to paint a positive portrait of Whitney because they knew she had been using drugs the day she died and they didn’t want to deal with that ugly news after it was revealed,” the source says.
