It’s the first photo of Oscar-winner Charlize Theron and her newly adopted son Jackson, and we’ve got it right here on Breaking Celebrity News.

The 36-year-old South African stunner took her little guy to lunch at Beverly Hills’ Bouchon Hotel Sunday, where she met up with her mother Gerda. Dressed in a swanky black get-up on the beautiful spring day, Charlize kept the child under a blanket in his car seat.

As we previously reported the gorgeous A-lister finalized the process last month.

The Young Adult star said that being a mom has changed her lifestyle quite a bit.

“It has been overwhelmingly incredible. Every day there is something new... I now travel in a pack!” she said.
