Teen Mom Amber Portwood was in custody on two counts of contempt of court at the Madison County Jail Friday, after a court hearing in her native Indiana Thursday, and we've got all the details for you here on Breaking Celebrity News.

The embattled MTV star, according to reports, opted to go into custody (her original sentence was for five years) instead of finishing up the Madison County Drug Court program in connection with her arrest in December on related charges.

Amber told the judge she had failed to comply with the court's orders to remain sober, as she's a "bad girl" who "couldn't stand" complying with the terms of her drug program.

Amber was taken into custody shortly thereafter.
