Britney Spears wasn’t only guilty of a fashion faux pas on Monday!

The new X Factor judge, who hit the Fox Upfronts with Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato and L.A. Reid, showed off little red stains on her ultra-mini, cream-colored dress – which were the result of her bloody and unkempt fingernails – and Breaking Celebrity News has the photos to prove it.

The 30-year-old singer didn’t bother to hit a nail salon before attending her first major press event for the hit talent show, showing off naked and munched-up nails and bloody, torn cuticles, which had rubbed off on her cream-colored dress leaving a crimson stain.

Britney must have noticed her fashion casualty, because she soon changed out of the boob-baring, stained style and into another eggplant-colored Alexander Wang curve-hugger.
