Denise Richards showed off her rock hard bod for a bikini photo shoot this holiday weekend, at the same time that she was tweeting about needing to get back into shape.

Richards, who as Breaking Celebrity News exclusively reported, is in a serious relationship with former fling Richie Sambora, tweeted Saturday: “Good morning....happy saturday! Getting back into my workout routine after a long break. starting with pilates this am!!”

Then Sunday, she proved her staying power by following up with: “Had a great Pilates workout this morning..2nd day in a row..feels great getting back into it!”

The 41-year-old mom of three appears in an episode of ex-husband Charlie Sheen's new TV series, Anger Management, which premieres June 24.

"I saw a sneak peek of the first episode and it's really funny," she says.
