Looks like a budding summer romance between Lindsay Lohan and billionaire Vikram Chatwal could be in the works.

Lindsay, 25, was spotted with the hotel mogul New York City at his art display, Vikram Chatwal Presents Domingo Zapata "Life As A Dream" Thursday, and Breaking Celebrity News has all the pics for you.

The pair had their arms draped around one another at times during the night. Fashionista LiLo wore see-though sheer black leggings and a pink T-shirt with a black leather biker jacket and stilettos. The duo was also spotted in New York in April at a Chanel location.
