Nobody is perfect, not even the Real Housewives of Orange County, so Tamra Barney decided to “get a little touch up” and Breaking Celebrity News has the exclusive photos from her latest visit to her plastic surgeon!

The 44-year-old recently engaged blonde bombshell paid a visit to her favorite OC plastic surgeon and House husband Dr. Terry Dubrow for some “preventive maintenance,” and dished the details on her procedure.

“Even though I work out and try to eat healthy sometimes a girl needs to have a little extra help in order to look as good as you feel,” Tamra exclusively told Breaking Celebrity News.

Just days after hosting her Wine by Wives party in Los Angeles, Tamra had Fraxel Laser Skin Treatments performed, which are supposed to improve skin tone, smoothing out fine lines and even out discoloration, by treating minute sections of the skin.
