Taylor Armstrong got "wasted" at Kyle Richards' daughter, Portia's fourth birthday party over the weekend, and it was all caught on camera for the upcoming third season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Breaking Celebrity News is exclusively reporting.

As previously reported, there has been increasing concern among the ladies about Taylor's drinking problem, and that has only been intensified following her weekend behavior.

"It's extremely worrying that Taylor would get blitzed at a birthday party for a four-year-old little girl," a party guest tells Breaking Celebrity News. "She doesn't weigh a lot and doesn't seem to have a high threshold for alcohol, it didn't take long for her to be wasted. Taylor was drinking white wine and it was truly sad to see -- she was slurring her words and she got very emotional the more she had to drink. Taylor didn't drive, thank God, she had a driver for the evening, but she clearly is in a great deal of distress right now and she desperately needs help."

All of the housewives were there except for newcomer, Yolanda Hadid. As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Camille Grammer was also at the party and filmed with the cast. Grammer had decided not to return for the third season of the hit Bravo reality show because she didn't want to have her children or her boyfriend appear on camera.
