Tori Spelling and hubby, Dean McDermott, have bought a new mansion in a swanky gated community at the Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, Calif. and will be neighbors with Britney Spears, Breaking Celebrity News is exclusively reporting.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, the parents of three, with another on the way, decided to sell their Malibu abode because they needed more room for their expanding family. The reality stars only moved into their last home five months ago and didn’t expect to be packing up again so quickly! Their Malibu house had 2,400-square-foot and had three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, which is far too small for the growing brood.

Spelling and McDermott's new mansion boasts a whopping 7,200 square feet and features five bedrooms, five bathrooms and is situated on almost two acres. The park like grounds feature an outdoor gazebo and a sparkling pool. The biggest selling point though for Spelling was living in a gated community.

"Tori and Dean wanted to move into a secure neighborhood that would allow their children to play outside without being hounded by pesky photographers. Dean is looking forward to taking the kids out golfing at the country club. Tori is telling her friends that this is the house she wants her children to grow
