The Santa Monica Police Department wants to conduct a follow-up interview with Lindsay Lohan to discuss the frightening car accident she was involved in last Friday, when she hit a dump truck, Breaking Celebrity News is exclusively reporting.
As we previously reported, Lohan rear ended the dump truck on Pacific Coast Highway. The Porsche, driven by Lindsay, was totaled and sent the actress and her assistant to the emergency room. Both were later released and didn't suffer serious injuries.
"Lindsay answered all questions that were asked of her while she was in the emergency room at the hospital," a source close to the situation tells Breaking Celebrity News. Lindsay could be cited for speeding, and it will probably be determined that she was the sole reason for the traffic accident."
James Johnson, the truck driver who was rear ended by Lohan and reportedly claimed that Lohan's camp tried to pay him off immediately after the accident, filed for bankruptcy in 2011. Ac
