Mel Gibson's Father Files For Divorce From Second Wife!

Mel Gibson's father, John Hutton Gibson, has filed for divorce from his second wife, Teddy Joye Hicks Gibson after ten years of marriage, Breaking Celebrity News is reporting.
The 93-year-old devout Catholic's first wife, and Mel's mother, Anne Reilly died in 1990 and they had eleven children together. According to court docs obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, Hutton states the date of separation of May 28, 2012 and cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The former couple didn't have any children together.
Hutton is asking that his estranged wife pay his legal fees and is seeking spousal support from Teddy. Mel's dad also requests that he not be ordered to pay any spousal suppport to his soon-to-be-ex-wife.
Hutton's lawyer, Fahi Hallin told RadarOnilne.com exclusively: "I'm hoping this divorce won't be contentious. I'm not at liberty at this time to discuss why my client has decided to file for divorce, or why he is seeking spousal support."
