Sharon Osbourne was overcome with grief Monday on The Talk as she addressed her son Jack's heartbreaking admission that he has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and Breaking Celebrity News has the emotional video.

Sharon tearfully thanked everyone for their support and said, "He's great – he's doing really, really good and I want to thank everyone for all their texts and goodwill and love they send to us."

Her co-hosts all sobbed as she continued, "It's been amazing … for Jack 'cause I really believe that vibes of prayer help."

Meanwhile, Jack's sister Kelly took to Twitter to encourage her younger sibling.

"Please support my brother @mrjacko in not only his bravery but honesty! i love you so much jack & I'm so proud of you!"

He then went to the social media site and expressed his gratitude for all the well wishes.
