UPDATE: Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif's custody issue involving their three sons won't be heard by the judge Friday because he is in trial on another case. The clerk told the former couple's lawyer to come back on Tuesday as Monday is a court holiday, and file the paperwork and it will be heard at that time. Maloof WILL have custody of the children this weekend, and was unable to come to an agreement with Nassif.

Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif hit the courthouse Friday with their respective attorneys and ended up huddled in the cafeteria together in an attempt to mediate a matter involving the couple's three children, Breaking Celebrity News is exclusively reporting.

Maloof and Nassif's attorneys were planning to file an emergency motion, but at the last minute decided not to because the judge had a full calendar. However, Breaking Celebrity News's courthouse eyewitness said that a serious looking Maloof, wearing black pants and a black top, was hunkered down in talks in the cafeteria with her estranged husband and his lawyer, Lisa Helfend Meyers.
