Jenelle and Gary were both arrested on June 24 following a brutal fight they had, but the judge found in Jenelle's favor and her charges were dropped.

As Breaking Celebrity News was first to report, Jenelle was granted a one-year restraining order as a result of the fight.

“Jenelle is afraid of Gary," a source told Breaking Celebrity News.

"She was viciously attacked by him and she is really frightened that he is going to come after her again, that’s why she got the restraining order.”
