While the blonde bombshell, who has been rumored to have gone under the knife since her younger years, stunned on the set of the political thriller looking fresh-faced and fabulous, extensive plastic surgery has taken its toll on Rourke, who donned a sophisticated suit.

The Wrestler star has admitted to getting extensive work done after his brief boxing career resulted in two broken noses and a smashed cheekbone.
