Adrienne Maloof is moving on from her marriage in more ways than one, taking out a restraining order against her estranged husband and selling the ultra-luxurious mansion the couple once shared!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her soon-to-be-ex-husband Dr. Paul Nassif have listed their massive Beverly Hills estate for a whopping $26 million and Breaking Celebrity News has photos of the spectacular mansion.

The estranged couple’s luxurious 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom home is ornately decorated and boasts a stately entry, park-like grounds, and marble and exotic wood details, according to Zillow.com.

Keeping it all in the reality family, co-star Kyle Richards’ husband Mauricio Umansky is the real estate agent for the home that the couple purchased for the bargain price of $12.708 million in 2004.

The home has a swimming pool, tennis court, home theater, spacious kitchen, an office and library area.
