She’s stripped down into skimpy swimsuits as part of major advertising campaigns, landed the coveted covers of major fashion magazines, and now sexy transgender model Lea T is taking over Milan Fashion Week!

Making it hard to believe that she was born a man, the 30-year-old Brazilian model dominated Philipp Plein’s Spring 2013 show this week, strutting her stuff in skimpy hot pants and a bustier top, and Breaking Celebrity News has the photos.

Lea, born Leandro Cerezo, showed off her fabulous physique as she modeled Plein’s latest collection, opening and closing the show in dramatic fashion.

Philipp Plein put himself on the international map as a fashion designer when he employed troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan as the face of his brand back in September 2011.
