Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell are one step closer to walking down the aisle, as a source tells Breaking Celebrity News exclusively that the engaged couple was spotted picking up their wedding license Tuesday.

Breaking Celebrity News was first to report that the Billy Elliot star was shopping for an engagement ring after the two rekindled their romance following a split five years previously, and now Breaking Celebrity News can report they are making it official!

"Evan and Jamie were at the Beverly Hills City marriage license office around lunchtime today," an eyewitness tells Breaking Celebrity News exclusively. "I had to do a double take as at first I didn't recognize them. They looked like any other young couple in love. They were just waiting in line like regular people, holding hands and at one point Jamie leaned over and kissed Evan — they certainly looked excited and happy!"
