Katy Perry's 11-year-old autistic fan Jodi DiPiazza, who shared the stage with her idol at a Comedy Central benefit last weekend, showcased her talents performing Tomorrow (from the musical Annie) on Good Morning America Friday.

Katy, who's currently in a whirlwind romance with John Mayer, performed alongside Jodi at Comedy Central’s Night Of Too Many Stars last Saturday in New York. The two collaborated for a heartwarming rendition of Perry’s smash hit Firework.

Before she performed Saturday, Jodi said, “Hello everybody, I’m going to play ‘Firework’ by one of my favorite singers, Katy Perry."

The I Kissed A Girl singer, 27, was moved by the joint venture. She tweeted after the show held at the Beacon Theatre: "I will never forget last night. It was the most important moment thus far of what I do … Jodi is my firework."

The crowd stood and cheered the pop princess as she hugged Jodi, a student of the piano at Mannes College of Music Prep in the Big Apple. The resilient child, according to her parents, once received a diagnosis she might never be able to speak.
