Britney Spears gave no quarter to her teen team on Thursday's edition of The X Factor, as the Lucky singer channelled her inner Simon Cowell in letting the youths know what worked -- and what didn't -- and we've got the clip for you right here on Breaking Celebrity News.
In the round of the show that takes place in the judges' homes, Britney (and her guest will.i.am) held court, where she had to pare down her team from six singers to four.
The critical Britney said that Diamond White "cares about her moves too much" and "needs to work on her stage performance."
Rapper James Tanner's routine had the Gimme More singer "not convinced it was strong enough."
After Reed Deming, 13, belted out his rendition of the Plain White T's Hey There Delilah, Britney said, "I think he could deliver a little bit better than he did."
Beatrice Miller's Titanium received an equally-tepid response from the Southern Belle, as Britney thought the teen needed "to control her voice a little more … she's loud … she needs to control her loudness."
