Modern Family star, Ariel Winter's mother, Chrisoula Workman, filed a police report that she found her daughter in bed with her 18-year-old boyfriend, three days after she lost custody of her daughter, Breaking Celebrity News is exclusively reporting.

Workman filed on October 6, 2012, alleging that she had discovered the young lovers together on September 24. Judge Michael Levane granted temporary custody of the actress to her older sister, Shanelle Gray on October 3, 2012.

"The timing of Chris filing a police report to cops three days after she lost custody of her daughter is very, very curious and interesting," a source close to the situation tells Breaking Celebrity News. "Chris alleges she caught Ariel in bed with her boyfriend on September 24. So, why did Chris wait more than two weeks to call cops?"

As previously reported, Gray claimed in court documents for her custody request that their mother made Ariel's life a living hell.
