Dina Lohan has ignited a new family battle even as her daughter Lindsay faces potentially severe legal consequences for her latest arrest.

An upset Michael Lohan told Breaking Celebrity News in an exclusive interview that his ex wife is "delusional" for her comments attempting to link the woman allegedly punched by Lindsay to Michael, because they live in the same county!

In an interview with Breaking Celebrity News, Dina expressed her concern over the fact that Tiffany Eve Mitchell, the woman who was allegedly assaulted by Lindsay, lives in Palm Beach, Florida near Michael's home. Mitchell is now represented by legal powerhouse Gloria Allred.

"I am increasingly disturbed to be told Ms. Allred's new client lives in Palm Beach just minutes from my ex-husband's home," Dina told Breaking Celebrity News on Friday.

And that comment drew an immediate and strong retort from Michael.
