Farrah Abraham's Plastic Surgeon Reveals Details Behind The Teen Mom's Dramatic Transformation!

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham has been candid about her latest round of plastic surgery that transformed her young face, and now Breaking Celebrity News has exclusive details on the rhinoplasty and chin implant that has given her a new look.
“She said that she never liked her nose since she was a teenager but wanted to make sure she maintained the same Farrah look that people have come to know and love and not lose her ethnicity in any way," Dr. Michael Salzhauer of Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery in Florida, told Breaking Celebrity News in an exclusive interview.
The pair chatted via email and Skype to best evaluate the 21-year-old reality star's needs before she went under the knife on October 7, with Dr. Salzhauer sending Farrah digitally altered photos showing what she would look like.
"When I was looking at her pictures online I saw her chin was kind of weak," explained Dr. Salzhauer, who suggested she got a silicone implant to enhance her natural features. "Then when she came here and I examined her, she went for it!"
