Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans is facing surgery after a hospital visit which revealed an ovarian cyst, Breaking Celebrity News is reporting.

The MTV reality-TV personality was taken to a New York City hospital earlier this week when a cyst ruptured and on Friday she tweeted about possibly needing surgery.

"I'm going to my OBGYN at 10:30am today thank god!!!! Might have surgery today. :(" she tweeted.
