Teen Mom Jenelle Evans has been rushed to the hospital and Breaking Celebrity News has exclusive details about her scary situation!

“Please send prayers my way. :( in the hospital once again all alone with no support for a ruptured cysts that bursted inside me,” the MTV star Tweeted.

The sad statement that she’s all alone doesn’t bode well for Jenelle, as Breaking Celebrity News exclusively learned that she was on a trip to New Jersey and New York with her on-again-off-again boyfriend Kieffer Delp this week.

A source close to Jenelle said she’s hoping to move out of North Carolina, but that this decision could have an adverse affect on the custody she hopes to regain of her son Jace.

“This is going to make getting custody of her son Jace much harder,” the source said.

“North Carolina law is not going to give custody to Jenelle if she isn’t living in the state.”

Jenelle has been battling her mother Barbara Evans but so far has been unsuccessful in taking back custody of Jace.
