It wasn't quite a happy reunion but Monday did mark the first time that Evelyn Lozada and ex-husband Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson had seen each other since their tumultuous split last August following his domestic abuse arrest.

The former couple stood side-by-side in a Miami, Florida, courtroom with just their respective attorneys separating them as the Basketball Wives star agreed to lift the no contact order that has been in place since the former NFL player pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery charges in September.

Both Evelyn and Chad have known since October 29 that they were going to come face-to-face again and now they can legally have as much contact as they choose, explained her lawyer, Adam Swickle, however, Lozada recently told Breaking Celebrity News that although she does want to sit down and talk to Chad one day, it is still too soon.
