Lindsay Lohan -- who will be arraigned Wednesday morning in Los Angeles on three misdemeanor charges, including lying to police about a traffic accident last summer -- is negotiating for a very lucrative endorsement deal that would net her close to $500,000, but Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned her recent arrest, hard-partying lifestyle and troubled behavior might put the kibosh on the deal.

In March, a clothing line named Odaingerous contacted Lindsay's camp in an effort to get the starlet to sign on as a spokesperson for their brand and the two sides have been negotiating ever since -- but things have gone from good to worse, and it looks like Lindsay could lose the deal.

"When Odaingerous first contacted Lindsay it seemed like a good fit because she was on the up-and-up. She had just signed to Liz & [expletive] and was supposed to have this great career comeback," an insider close to the situation exclusively revealed to Breaking Celebrity News.

"But none of that happened, and now even her agents are hesitant that she won't get her act together."

A
