"The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office could have ordered Gabe to attend anger management classes, even though he wasn't officially charged with any crimes," a source close to the situation tells Breaking Celebrity Newsexclusively.

"Gabe attended an informal office hearing, and it was determined that there was absolutely no need for him to enroll in any sort of anger management classes or counseling. Gabe is just thankful to put this ordeal behind him and focus on being Nahla's father," the insider added.

Meanwhile, the Academy Award winning actress, who has experienced a tumultuous year battling her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, escaped Los Angeles for the holidays with Martinez. The couple jetted to Paris where they were recently spotted checking out churches.
