Missing teen Jayme Closs screamed for help in a 911 call amid her parents' brutal murders, a neighbor claimed cops told her in an exclusive interview with Breaking Celebrity News.

"The only thing they could only make out was the word 'help' because there was too much background stuff going on," the Wisconsin clan's neighbor Joan Smrekar told Breaking Celebrity News, adding that authorities said the call was made from a family member's cell phone.

Smrekar said she believes Jayme made the call from her cell before the phone was taken away, perhaps by the mystery killers.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, authorities believe Jayme, 13, was kidnapped after her parents James, 56, and Denise, 46, were shot and killed in their home in the early hours of Monday, October 15.

Smrekar told Breaking Celebrity News she heard loud gunshots around 12:30 am on Monday: "We live in a rural area and we sometimes hear people shooting. I thought it was just a neighbor shooting a bear. We didn't know until the next morning, when the sheriffs came and said the neighbors have been shot."

When cops arrived to the home, Jayme was gone.

Now, the FBI are involved in the massive search to find her.

Over 35,000 agents from 56 field offices have been briefed on the case, an FBI source told Breaking Celebrity News on Friday, October 19.

"I can't recall a case that had a nationwide Amber Alert," the source continued. "Washington doesn't want to leave any stone unturned. The goal is to bring Jayme back, safely."
