Pop Princess Britney Spears’ battery case is reportedly being reviewed by the District Attorney after her housekeeper alleged the singer got into a physical altercation with her earlier this month.

According to reports, sources from law enforcements claimed on Friday, the investigation by Ventura County Sheriff’s Department of the alleged battery report has now been forwarded to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office for further action.
Insiders at the Ventura County Sheriff's department say the D.A. will now review the case, which contains two versions of the story which had created some merit.
As previously reported by Breaking Celebrity News, the staff member says Britney "struck her," but the sources close to the singer claimed all she did was swipe a phone out of her employee's hand.
The case has now been forwarded to the D.A.'s Office as the sheriff is trying to determine which side is telling the truth.
The alleged incident occurred after the staff member claimed she got into a heated conversation with Britney about one of her dog’s health.
