NYPD Blue alum Kim Delaney's husband, James Morgan, was arrested for public intoxication after alleged altercations with the TV star and a flight attendant aboard a plane in the latest scandal involving the contentious couple, Breaking Celebrity News can reveal.
Sources said Morgan, 56, was taken into police custody on July 20 after landing at LAX Airport following a Delta flight from Detroit to Los Angeles.
An airline spokesperson said: "Delta has zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first."

Morgan, 56, was taken into police custody on July 20.
The company did not comment on what allegedly transpired aboard the aircraft, but did reveal there was no operational impact to the flight.
The arrest occurred five months after police responded to an alleged disturbance at the couple's L.A.-area apartment, in which Morgan was accused of obstructing or delaying an officer and disturbing the peace.
The sniping spouses also had a run-in with the law in March 2025. Police booked Delaney on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly trying to mow down Morgan with a car, and her hubby was hauled in on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence. Prosecutors later declined to file charges against the pair, citing insufficient evidence.

Delaney filed for divorce from Morgan five months after their October 2022 wedding.
Delaney filed for divorce just five months after the couple's October 2022 wedding and successfully sought a temporary restraining order. However, the order was dropped after neither party appeared in court in May 2023 to formalize or extend it.
The divorce case was also reportedly removed from the court calendar for the same reason – and she professed love for her hubby in an Instagram post nearly two years later.
Delaney was sued for unspecified damages by motorcyclist Dzhamal Badalov in January 2024 over an alleged boozy hit-and-run in L.A. in November 2022. The star denied any wrongdoing and settled the suit in May.

Motorcyclist Dzhamal Badalov sued Delaney over an alleged 2022 hit-and-run, which she denied.

She had earlier reached a deal with prosecutors in relation to the crash and was ordered to complete 50 hours of a drunk driving program and 50 hours of community service as part of a 12-month diversion program.
The former All My Children soap starlet also served two stints in rehab for alcohol abuse in 2003 and 2006.
